Not being paid my Commission

Are there laws that protect salesmen that are paid on straight commission basis when they are being cheated out of their commissioins?

Your question is really broad, but generally, your contract with the employer protects you and things like Fraud are illegal.

The Labor Code rules are the basis for your wage claims. You can file with the Labor Commissioner or in court, depending on how you want to handle it. If interested in having counsel represent you, and if the amount in question is enough to justify hiring counsel, then contact me.
