Re: personal harm on the job over a time span
This sounds like a terrible situation. Unfortunately, the law does not protect you from an abusive boss/work environment, unless the conduct is motivated by illegal animus (discrimination based on a protected class such as race, gender, religion... or sexual harassment, whistle blower, etc...). If it is possible that the abuse you exerpeinced is due to one of these factors, I suggest you immediately contact counsel to determine the best course of action - complain, how to complain, etc...
If this is not the case, there is unlikely much you can do other than consider a possible workers compensation claim for work related injury caused by the workplace conditions. I must warn you (not being a workers compensation counsel) that the recent changes in the law have made such claims more difficult to bring. However, I do suggest you start looking into a workers compensation claim.
Finally, if you are still injuried and working, you should consider if the workplace is actually safe for you continue working in. I would speak to your treating doctor about your health options, disability, and the like. Your health and future are important too and you have been abused long enough.
I certainly wish you the best of luck. You are welcome to contact our office or an attorney in your area if you have more questions.
Sincerely, Beth Mora

The question would be whether your injuries are work-related or industrial injuries. Sometimes medical experts finds a percentage of your injuries is actually work-related and you are entitled to be compensated based on that. I am a worker's Compensation attorney and I will be happy to discuss your case. Call us at 213.388.7070 for a free consultation.
