As a two year adjunct instructor at a Community College, with designated classes for fall, how much notice does the College have to give me to terminate my scheduled classes

Whatever your contract and the employer policy calls for. Or, whatever your classification under the Educ Code specifies, absent a contract. If they actually violated those rules, contact a local attorney to discuss.
