Legal Question in Employment Law in California

About two years ago I was employed by a home care agency and although I would sometimes work 12 hour shifts I was not paid overtime and neither were the other employees. What ared my legal options regarding this?

You can file a claim for unpaid compensation through the Labor Commissioner. You can 'look back' three years for that claim, and it has already been two years, so you may have a year of benefits you could collect on. .
