Commercial Office Space Lease

Does a standing commercial office property lease survive a foreclose/forced sale of the landords assets?

If not, is an appropriate amount of time provided to the tenant to relocate his business?

I'm not sure what you mean by a "standing" lease. Typically, this issue would be addressed in your written lease agreement. I would be very surprised if you didn't have one. However, in that event, the new owner would be subject to certain notice requirements.
