How do you evict someone Living in Your Home? They have not paid a dime for over a year now. He has verbally agreed to pay but never has. I also want him to pay $2000.00 for the time he has been here.

The first step is to serve him with the applicable notice to pay or quit. If he doesn't comply, you have to file an unlawful retainer action in Superior Court.
