Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California

lease

Landlord is selling the condo where we live, our lease is out in end of august 2008. He wants to show the unit several times a week, some times with less the 10 houers notice. What are our rights?

Generally, your landlord must give you a 24-hour notice of entry and inspection, unless your lease agreement provides otherwise. The hours of inspection should be 9 to 5.
