Unlawfully detainer

MY landlord serve a paper UD

letter eviction by 19 this month i

went his office and ask if can

workout he

says ''You need to pay $1005 mo

today maybe monday can be

more

MY question is if pay $1005 mo

and

giving to him Can stop my

eviction

or i have to go court to respond

Unlawfully Detainer letter

Even if ask receipt from land lord

payment received is going to be

enough or i go legal procedures

i got letter 19 this month i went

office 21 what should i do to play

safe side?

Read that answer----although, thank goodness, your facts are a bit clearer today.

BUT, there is a big difference between a LETTER, a NOTICE TO PAY RENT OR QUIT, and a COMPLAINT!!!

Which did you receive?
