Legal Question in Legal Malpractice in California
EEOC mediation
Is it possible or practical to engage an attorney to accompany a person at an EEOC mediation for the sole purpose of ensuring fairness at that mediation? Will an attorney typically provide services for just that day?

Re: EEOC mediation
Yes, you can have a private attorney.
You can also arrange for services for one day, or for the whole case.

Yes, you can hire an Attorney just for the mediation. You should hire to protect your rights.
