Do you have to have an autopsy to prove a good case for a wronful death that involves prescription drugs? Thanks

You have to prove your case. If an autopsy or blood panel results would be necessary or helpful, then try to get it. Claiming medical malpractice is easy, proving it is not. If you actually have a provable case with merit, value, and collectability, feel free to contact me.
