Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in California

If a cardiologist sonographer sees you're in heart failure and does not tell you or get a physician to tell you but he knows, then 2 days later you have a heart attack can that be considered medical negligence?

IF, you can prove what you allege about the exam showing a condition needing emergency and immediate attention, but not advising you, and IF you can prove that failure to provide notice and advice caused you physical and monetary damage that otherwise wouldn't have occurred, then you may have the basis of a malpractice claim.

The claim has to be supported by 'expert' doctors willing to testify as to the malpractice and the damage. You can't file or win without such testimony.

Now, if you are still within the one year statute of limitations, and if you think you will have such medical expert testimony available, feel free to contact me to discuss your rights and remedies.
