Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in California

medical malpractice

My now 20 year. Old son became addicted to opiates two years ago though a scrip for Norco after an injury. He relapsed about one year ago & was getting his drugs from Doctors so I canceled his health ins. He has since found 4 Dr's. Willing to sell him Oxycontine scripts- as many as 6, each for 30 80mg Oxy's in return for $300-400 per visit. My son has just started detox. Do we have any legal rights for a Malpractice Claim?

Re: medical malpractice

It is a little unusual, but yes, such claims could be made. You'd have to have proof of what you allege. If you do, feel free to contact me to discuss.

You could also complain to the licensing agency, and to police for criminal prosecution.
