Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in California
when i had my son the doctor that deliverd him also gave me a tubilagation the next day. Well I agreed to have laser surgery going through my belly butten , leaving no scar this way. Now the next moring they took me into surgery when i awoke later i was in so much pain, then realizing they had cut into my belly. I had seven staples, after covering from that. some years had gone by. until one night i was in so much pain i thought my insides where being riped out of me my mother took me to UCI where they had sudated me and put me in a cat scan showing all of my organs and on these pitures was a flash of light will then the doctor said i needed to have emergencey surgery cuz when i had my tubeligation they left metal inside of me then they admitted me in the hospital. The next day i woke up in a room with my family and the doctor said as soon as i pee i could go home. I asked if they had done the surgery? He said no, not to worry cuz it wasnt life threating and that the metal would desolve. we couldnt belive it. Then after thinking about it i realized metal dont desolve. My mother had told the doctor i had my son at that hospital and truth is i had him at western medical in santa ana ca,Well sence then i have had so many problems in and out of the hospital in other states do to this metal issue and everytime i was told to go see my primary care doctor. Problem is i dont have one cuz i dont have any insurance, no one want's to do anything because of no insurance and the last time i was in the emergency room they told me i had gotten a plevic flamitory disease because of the metal inside of me. So do you think i have a case even though this happened 15 years ago.
