structured settlement advance

I have a structured settlement, and I

want an advance on a small chunk. Ive

seen ads on tv, ''get cash now'' and

they seem like schemes. Is there any

way I could get an advance, without

paying out the wazoo in interest fees?

Nothing in life is free. Such 'advance' payments are heavily discounted.
