How do I sue my doctor?

I paid my orthodontist 7K for work on my teeth, I am mid treatment and the orthodontist is refusing to continue treatment unless I pay him more money. The health of my teeth and gums are in jeopardy. I want to go after him for abandoning me mid treatment and for damages. I have a contract the states treatment will go on as long as it has to. Is there an attorney in the house?

Sure, you are talking about a contractual breach case. The choice of whether it makes sense to pay an attorney, or take the case to small claims court yourself, is up to you.
