All. You have a serious problem. Try to settle quickly and cheaply with everyone, explaining you no insurance. If they won't be reasonable, you will need to hire an attorney - another expensive cost out of your pocket - to try to avoid a large judment against you.

If you are responsible for causing the accident, then you are responsible for all the resulting damage unless it resulted from something so out of the ordinary that no reasonable person could expect it. That isn't the case here, so you are responsible for the damage to both cars and for any injuries to any of the people in those cars (along with any injuries to your own passengers).

You are in all probability on the hook for untold thousands of dollars in damages, unless you get very lucky. If you had insurance, the insurance company defense lawyer would make various arguments as to why you should not be responsible for both cars' and drivers' damages. But you will not be able to afford the lawyer fees to have this kind of argument made for you. You will either have to pay up or go bankrupt. And they will also suspend your drivers' license.
