Your insurance policy should have a section stating that you must co-operate as to reasonable requests by the insurance company. What is the reason for their wanting the cell phone log? If the request is reasonable, then you do not have to co-operate but they do not have to pay you. If there are grounds to suspect that you lent your car to someone, or you were in a different location then you claim when the theft occurred, then their request may very well be reasonable. Not knowing the facts and their reasons I can not further comment.

I'm not saying this applies to you, but if there is any hanky-panky going on with your theft report, for example you told the insurance company you weren't where your cell phone records say you were on the night of the theft, you could be Busted. If so, you had better see an attorney before handing over any information that might incriminate you.
