Hello sir my question is i rent a home and after 1 year my landlord gave me 30 days notice at 02-15-13 to 03-15-13 .if i moved before next month is it possible that i can get my advanced rent back to me if i move out under this month?when i moved in i paid 1 month advance and then month to month like rent.

If you wish to move out before the expiration of the 30 day time period that your landlord wants you to move out, then you need to ask the landlord if he or she will allow you to move out earlier and if so, get the landlord to sign an agreement allowing you to do so where you are to get a bit of your rent back on a pro-rated basis. Other than the above suggestion, you cannot move out before the end of the 30 day notice period and expect to get a portion of your rent back under the laws of all states in this country.
