age difference between me and a girl

I am 16 and a girl who wants to

sleep with me is 13 she looks older

and i would never think she was 13

if i met her on the street and she is

more sexually experienced than me.

can i hae sex should i refrain is oral

sex reportable? what should I do? -

I like the first answer, but perhaps a legal answer is also appropriate.

California Penal Code Section 288 makes your proposed conduct - including the oral copulation - a felony. It does not matter how old you are. Once she turns 14, your conduct will be deemed "statutory rape" pursuant to Penal Code Section 261.5, which, for you, is a misdemeanor.
