Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in California

I was sexually harrassed and assalted by a bartender. several days later, that bartender's spouse (whom claims to be a bouncer) physically attacked and injured me with a weapon (unprovoked).Should i seek compensation from the bar, bartender, or bartenders spouse (bouncer)?

You can sue everyone involved for the assault and battery[s]. If you can prove their liability and your damages, you can get a judgment. Whether you can ever collect any money on it is the primary question you need to discuss with counsel. If this is in SoCal courts, feel free to contact me to discuss.
