Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in California

My son took a few nude pictures of a 7 years old girl about 7 years ago getting out of a jacuzzi at home during a friend lunch with her parents and his own children, who were also getting ready in the nude to enjoy the jaccuzzi. There was nothing else that thede pictures taken, including further contact of any kind with the girl, showing pictures to others and the like. Now, the young girl, who is suffering from eratic conduct (not sexual) has been going to a psy who immediately informed the authorities about what happened in the past with my son. What kind of juridical pursuit my son might suffer? thank you

Judicial pursuit??

Potential criminal sex offense charges and civil lawsuit by the parents. He needs to immediately consult with local criminal counsel, and say nothing to anyone else.
