Legal Question in Traffic Law in California

traffic laws

so im 17 in berkeley,Ca i turn 18 in may and i got pulled over for speeding 40 in 25mph zone and didnt have a liscence and never been issued one. what will happen? oh ive never been in trouble with law before

The result will depend upon the judge, but the expected result would be a fine for speeding, and a fine for driving without a license. The judge may revoke your driving privilege, and delay obtaining a driver's license. You could also apply for and obtain a driver's license before going to court.
