Living Trust re Real Estate and Personal Property

Upon preparation of Living Trust documents regarding Real Estate and Personal Property and notorization, am I required to file these documents in a Probate Court of jurisdiction? Thank you.

No, but you need to record the proper deed and do the other property transfers.
