An attorney would need to know a lot more facts in order to answer your question. Is the beneficiary a current 1/4 owner or will the beneficiary receive a 1/4 distribution in the future? Is the trust revocable? I suggest you consult with an attorney who can review your documents and give you a complete answer.

As an asside, while agreeing with Mr. Feldman, whether a trust contains a "no contest clause" has nothing to do with whether the trust can evict a beneficiary from real property.
