Re: injured at work

It is not mandatory that you seek counsel. However, those who try to handle their comp claims are most commonly up against adjusters who have years of experience and they know how to minimize the injured workers 'benefits.

It is very difficult, if not impossible for an injured worker to circumvent the experience of an attorney who completely understands the injured worker's rights. The measly 15% that the injured worker doesn't want to pay the attorney from his recovery is usually minimized by what the attorney able to get for his/her client.

With the above said, I invite you to contact my office for a free consultation at 1.877.505.INJURY.

I do suggest that you obtain representation due to the complexity of issues your type of injury generates. Will you need a DFEC to rebut the PD?
