Legal Question in Constitutional Law in Colorado

I want to get a petition going to charge president obama, and the senate and house, et.al. with treason. how do i do this?

You can write to the Attorney General's office in Washington, explaining why you believe the charges are justified and what evidence you know of. But you should expect the A.G. to reject your request. That you strongly disagree with decisions being made in Washington does not mean the decisionmakers are traitors.
