Legal Question in Consumer Law in Colorado
Vacation Rental Property
We live in Texas. On vacation in Colorado. Rented condo for 4 days. While there, damage was accidently done to t.v. WE reported it, they replaced t.v. and now they want us to pay 1600.00. We've been ignoring calls, but now they've threatened to file a police report. What should we do?

File a police report in Texas for extortion. Send it to them. No way a used TV is worth $1600.
