If I plead guilty to an alleged robbery (charged with conspiracy to commit robbery) case, and was released to probation, does the three year statute of limitation still apply if I leave Colorado?

The statute of limitations guarantees that you be charged with an offense within a certain time. Since you have already been charged, it does not apply. If you move while on probation, thinking the SOL will run, you expose yourself to eventual arrest. Perhaps you will not be arrested for 20 years, but you will be eventually.
