Re: driving liscence

Under the interstate driver license compact, she may apply for a license in Colorado after 1 year of no driving. Depending on how many DUI's she has, CO will give her a license.

I have fought for these before and the DMV does not always know that they can give the license, so call if it is not easy.

The DMV may apply Colorado law to a resident applicant with a license hold from another state in deciding whether to issue a license. In order to get the license you must be eligible under Colorado law and schedule a hearing. We do these types of hearings. Please call me at 303.806.5104 if you are interested in more details.
