Probation can be revoked and you can be resentenced to anything that the judge could sentence you to originally. There are also the consequences of the DUI charge, depending on its outcome. Probation can only be revoked if convicted and the prosecutor files a revocation. More times than once has this not happened. Especially on an unsupervised case. Fight the DUI.
