What is the statute of limitations for dui's in the state of colorado?

Statute of limitations only applies to the period from the time of the offense until the time the offense is charged. It is 18 months. If you have been given a ticket, it can be prosecuted until you are dead.

Basically, that would be after you've sobered up. If they have no evidence of drinking while driving, DUI can't be charged.
If you've already been charged, and are hiding out from prosecution in a 12-Step program or something, they can arrest you whenever you get out, even if it's a Billion-Step program.
