Legal Question in Personal Injury in Colorado

Auto accident

I was involved in a car accident and the driver of the other car was injured. There is no clear determination of liability. The other driver has sought out a lawyer. My insurance company has advised that I do not need to consult an attorney. I received a ticket for an unsafe lane change and have to go to court for this ticket. I feel that I am not guilty for this lane change. However, I would like to know what happens if I plead guilty vs not guilty for this violation.

Re: Auto accident

If you plead guilty, you are likely to be held liable for any restitution costs to the other driver that are not covered by your insurance.
