Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Colorado

Landloard's shed

I recently rented a home. After viewing and agreeing to rent (application signed by both landlord and me + deposit paid by me) the landlord put up a 6x10x8 storage shed on the side of the home. I was surprised when I pulled up to move in and found this shed on the sideyard, taking up quite a bit of space, not to mention the eye sore created. I offered to allow this in return for a $100/month rent discount. The landlord declined and will not remove the shed from the property. What are my options at this point? Can I demand that the shed be removed and withhold $100/month until it is removed? Thanks in advance...

Re: Landloard's shed

The shed is not only an eyesore, but a breach of your contract (unless the contract addressed this). He needs to remove the shed or work out a new agreement with you (which both parties approve of).
