Reasons to be pulled over.
Can I be pulled over in Colorado for not having a license plate on the front of my vehicle, even though there was one on the back.

Yes, if you are violating any traffic law or any law, the police can pull you over. Colorado requires that you have a front license plate. (Not if you have plates from a different state.)
