Legal Question in Business Law in Connecticut
dealer scam!!
i purchuased a used car at a dealership about a year ago when asked dealer assured me that the car was never in an accdinent recently i had my car taken to body shop and they tell me that the car was in an accident and some body parts were exchanged with after market parts my question is can i sue the dealer to have at least some of my money back? and waht law can i base it on

Yes, you can sue the dealer. C.G.S. Sec. 42-225 (a) states that no dealer may make any false, misleading or deceptive statements about the condition or history of any used motor vehicle offered for sale.
