Legal Question in Business Law in Connecticut
Start an LLC or just buy liability insurance
Hello,
My accountant suggested that I investigate if a LLC would offer me appropriate protection from a liability perspective or should I just purchase a liability policy - saving the additional taxes that Connecticut slap on LLCs. Will a LLC afford better protection? I will be buying and selling homes that I renovate. I also do internet consulting.
