Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Connecticut

religious files on an individual

I gave a letter to the elder body regarding a personal issue I needed help with 5 years ago. I have asked for it back as I am no longer comfortable with the confidentiality of that file. What legal right do I have to get it back?
