Child Custody

My daughter, her boyfriend and their 9 month old son live with the boyfriend's parents. The boyfriend filed for emergency temporary custody as the custodial parent and the boyfriend's parents told my daughter to live the house. They wiii not allow my daughter to see her baby. What is her rights? She is a very good mother to my grandson.

Your daughter should immediately file her own petition for full legal and physical custody of the child.
