Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Florida
What happens when someone accuse you of stealing and you have to talk to a detective but cant get a ride to the jailand they wont come to me.

I would never go to the jail to speak with the police. I am not sure i would speak with them at all. If you do want to speak with them, and they think that it is worth their time to do so, let them come to you. They can ask you questions on your home turf. Again, I am not sure I would speak with them at all, and you should seek cousel to answer that question.
