Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Florida

I worked at McDonald's for 3 years and was later fired for no show no call... Upon leaving their company I got no pay, I never had a cash violation or anything pertaining to stealing of goods... Am I suppose to be compensated for the time that I spent there. There were times that I was a part-time employee because of school.. was that why they haven't paid me yet after 5 months... I am from the Bahamas but the state or Country isn't there..
