wrongful towing of a vehicle

A property manager wrongful had my truck towed and stored at a yard. manager said he would pay the tow fee, but not the storage fee which is now up to $600. The fee is increasing daily since the bill isn't being pais. What recourse do I have?

You can sue him in small claims court.
