Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
my mother purchased a car today under pressure from a dealer while I was taking the time to review the contract at her request and now I see that she was given a higher interest rate for a longer period of time than earlier discussed. Do we have any other course of action than to make a complaint to the FTC?
