Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
On sat Aug 28th I took my car to have my air cond fan fixed. That following day my car started overheating on the expressway.I called the repair shop on that monday and they told me to bring it in. Later that day, I received a voice mail that I needed a radiator. I had had no problems with my radiator so this didn't sound right to me. I took my vehicle some where else and was told the same thing. Well, I had them to put a new radiator in. As of Sept 13, my car started overheating again. Come to find out. The mechanic, who had previously put the fan in, left a protrudding nail that put another hole in my new radiator. Needless to say, my radiator was replaced free of charge. Is small claims court my best option to solve this matter?
