Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
Worker stole from my house.
Can I sue a company if their employee stole money and jewelry from me while woorking at my house, even if the police can't find evidence that the worker stole my things?

You could sue. However you would have an extremely difficult task in proving that which you believe is true.
