Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

The debtors lawsuit is being handled in florida circuit court. the summons is for a pre-trial hearing. No judgement has been placed yet. I know i have exemptions that i can claim if it comes to that. $4000 personal property and $1000 automobile. and i'm on disability. so my money is protected. I just want to make sure if they decide to go to trial and find in favor of the plaintiff, that they can't just enter my father's house and start confiscating things when he's not named in the suit and it's not his debt. i live with him.
