Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida
we have exported garments from Bangladesh to a Florida buyer ,The buyer initial opened LC and latter some how managed to send goods open and delaying payments of 20000 usd, we have all email correspondence and call records, we like to approach legal system to get our payment please help

You can sue the buyer in Florida and obtain a judgment. Thereafter you can use that judgment to collect your money from their bank accounts or assets.

If you did business with an LLC, they have Limited Liability , just like a corporation. I have my clients obtain a personal guarantee. Did you? You can obtain a judgment against the LLC. Whether they have assets to pay it is another matter.
