Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

After filing and being aproved for loan extention, the bank repo'd the vehicle a week before payment was due. I contacted them and was told oops

the paperwork was not filed on ther end and the vehicle should not have been picked up. Give repo department a call on tuesday and it will be returned. Do I have any legal recourse here?
