Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

RE: Florida County Civil cases. What are 3 cases that ruled in favor of using the Statue of Limitations from the state of Delaware or North Carolina, instead of using Florida limitations, because the contract in question between parties, stated that the laws governing this agreement will be governed by Delaware, or North Carolina Law?

contact a Delaware or N.C. attorney. Also, I doubt that you will get anyone to just give you this information. You will need to hire the services of an attorney and produce the materials you are wishing to apply case law to.
