Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

Interrogatories sheet

I owe a bank 1,500 dollars and they are taking it out of my paycheck. They sent me about 5 pages of things they want me to answer and give them. I dont feel comfortable answering and sending them any of that information. Can I get in trouble if I dont fill it out and send it? It says it is an interrogatorie and that I have 20 days to fill it out.

Re: Interrogatories sheet

You are required to respond to the interrogatories, and they have every right to ask you questions about your finances, to include account numbers, etc. The interrogatory responses are not filed with the Court, so the responses themselves are not in the Court file.

If you are not certain how to go about responding, or you need further advice, you should consult an attorney
