Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

My lean holder will not accept a money order on the basis that the "USPS in not secure". Is that legal?

YOur lien holder is not correct. The reason he does not want a money order is that you can not show a receipt for payment. Open a checking account so that you will be able to show receipt for payments.
